General Announcement
- Reservations should be made before April 30, 2010. Reservations made after this date shall not be guaranteed the availability.
- All needed details will be reached to you with a confirmation letter via e-mail.
- Check-in time: after 15:00 / Check-out time : before 12:00
- The standard currency is the Korean Won (KRW) and exchange rate for reference is KRW 1,100 to USD 1 based on Nov, 2009.
- Hotel reservation service is first come first serve based.
Payment Information
- The room rate covers room & breakfast for 1person except Riviera and ibis hotel which are not included breakfast.
Other expenses such as mini-bar, laundry service and etc will be charged as personal bill.
- For Grand & Coex InterContinental Hotel, Ibis and CasaVille, your room rates may pay to the hotel directly with personal expenses when you check out.
- For Rivera Hotel Seoul, your room rates should be paid to the Housing & Tour Bureau. One-night room rate will be charged by Kim¡¯s Travel Service Co., Ltd, the Housing & Tour Bureau within one week and balanced amount will be charged later.
- To secure and to be confirmed your reservation, credit card details are required, otherwise hotel reservation cannot be confirmed according to hotel reservation policy.
- If you do not have any credit card info, at least one-night room rate should be remitted to the Housing & Tour Bureau to secure your room reservation.
- Confirmation letter will be sent after charge(or received) one-night deposit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Individual Reservation
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail or fax to the Housing bureau.
- Cancellation 10 days before check-in date: No penalty
- Cancellation 9 days on/ before check-in date or No-show : one night room rate will be charged.
- All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9hours).
